MOCK ASSESSMENT

Walk in knowing what’s coming

Pilot Check Services will prepare you for the simulator. This is the rest of the assessment.

An airline assessment is a mystery.

You might know the questions but you are unsure what you're being measured against, and critically: how you'll be perceived.

After two 90 minute session it won’t be a mystery anymore. Your real assessment will feel like you've done this before.

Even the questions you've never heard, you won’t be lost for words.

You will be able to present yourself in the best light, without feeling rehearsed or artificial.

Why me?

Over ten years I decided who a major airline hired.

I have assessed close to a thousand pilots of various experience levels through every stage of the recruitment process.
The reasons behind my decisions that I could never give to all those candidates, I can now give to you.

You will walk away with

  • Your experiences worth telling, and knowing the ones to leave out.

  • Seeing your weak spots and the methods to work on them.

  • An honest read, not an echo chamber. I'll tell you uncomfortable things you need to hear.

  • Calm and ready, knowing the best version of yourself.

  • Feeling confident through your own history and experience, reflected back from an airline assessor and training captain.

What to Expect

  1. CV Assessment

Send me your CV when you book. I will assess it as an assessor would and build your interview around it.

  2. A Real Airline Interview

Your first session deliberately tough and comprehensive. Followed by a live debrief with development points and methods to improve.

  3. Written Debrief

A written report on everything I gathered, your strengths, your development areas and how to prepare. Yours to keep.

  4. Test Your Preparation

Book your second session just before your assessment.
Different assessor persona, different questions to prove you are ready.

You're a better candidate than you let them see

If your friend were an assessor, they would hire you. They know your best version of self, and they know your flaws (and would hire you anyway).

The moment you have to present yourself with a time limit in front of strangers, you become someone else. Hiding the things that would have got you hired and unknowingly showing the things that a friend would have known to explain away.

You can't see yourself do it.

I can.

I will show you the person you are hiding from the assessors.

Not sure you need it?
