I have assessed close to a thousand pilots of various experience levels through every stage of the recruitment process.

Send me your CV when you book. I will assess it as an assessor would and build your interview around it.
A Real Airline Interview
Your first session. Deliberately tough and comprehensive. Followed by a live debrief with development points and methods to improve.
Written Debrief
A written report on everything I gathered, your strengths, your development areas, and what to work on. Yours to keep.
Test Your Preparation
Your second session.
