Live Interview Practice

To ensure you are prepared for the assessment environment, you will face a full-length, airline-standard interview conducted by a professional assessor. You will be performing in front of an audience, replicating the exact pressure of a multi-person recruitment panel and allowing you to practice managing your delivery.

Understanding Recruiter Expectations

When you are not being interviewed, you will act as a board member. You will observe your peers and evaluate their answers using an industry-standard scoring matrix. This practical exercise teaches you exactly what recruiters are looking for, helping you recognize successful communication strategies and the markers of a strong candidate.

The Professional Debrief

Following the practical exercises, we will conduct an assessor-led debrief. We will discuss the overall themes of the session, highlight your strong points, and identify development areas. This provides you with immediate, actionable fixes to sharpen your interview technique.

Comprehensive Written Feedback
