The airline assessment is a high-stakes event where your technical and non-technical skills are evaluated in a highly compressed timeframe. This full-day, in-person clinic provides a complete, realistic run-through of the exact process. We ensure you experience the pace and pressure of the day in a training environment, validating your performance and highlighting development areas before you face an airline recruitment team.

What this program includes:

Logbook & Document Audit

Airlines require clean and organized paperwork from the moment you arrive. We conduct a strict compliance check of your physical logbook and licensing documentation. This ensures that you start your assessment day in the best standing possible.

The Group Exercise

You will participate in a typical collaborative scenario under strict assessor evaluation. This exercise tests your ability to manage yourself and others under time pressure. Immediately following the scenario, we conduct a targeted debrief, allowing you to fine-tune your teamwork and communication style for the rest of the day.

Live Interview Panel

You will present yourself in front of a formal, face-to-face interview board designed to evaluate your competencies, presentation, and professional demeanour. Following the interview, we provide the rarely available personalized feedback to sharpen your delivery, ensuring your competency examples are structured, relevant, and impactful.

A320 Full-Motion Simulator

You will complete 110 minutes of combined Pilot Flying (PF) and Pilot Monitoring (PM) time in a Level D A320 simulator. While the session is run under assessment conditions to test your capacity, you will receive targeted in-seat instruction and basic corrections. You also gain the advantage of jumpseat observation, learning directly by watching how your peers manage the same profiles and procedures.

Compound Learning & Actionable Report

As we provide feedback after every stage, you actively apply corrections as the day progresses. Following the event, you receive a comprehensive written report detailing your readiness level. This document outlines specific remedies and actionable steps to polish your skills before your real assessment.
